The Raw Materials Research and Development Council (RMRDC) was part of the delegation of the Federal Government to the just concluded US-Africa Leaders’ Summit organized by the Corporate Council on Africa (CCA) as part of efforts to boost foreign investment into the Country.

The Council’s participation was facilitated through the duo of Mr. John Obekpa, Overseeing Director (Business and Innovation Centre), RMRDC and Mr. Auwal Azare, Deputy Director of the Reform Coordination Dvision, between the 12^th and 16^th December 2023.

The United States of America (USA), as part of its support programme for boosting foreign investment into the Country, organized the summit to provide the platform for the government and its relevant stakeholders to showcase and elicit, to a larger audience of interested CCA member companies and stakeholders, a strong case for U.S. investment in Nigeria.
