Dr. Sebastian Chukwuemezie Obasi Director, Industrial Plants and Equipment Department |
Dr. Obasi was born on 1st December, 1954 and
holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) and M. Sc. degrees both in
Biochemistry from the University of Ibadan,
and a Ph.D in the same discipline from the University of Nigeria,
Nsukka. A former Associate Professor in the Department of Biochemistry at the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Dr. Obasi is a member of numerous national and international professional societies amongst which are: Nigerian Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Nutritional Society of Nigeria, Science Association of Nigeria; invited Member, New York Academy of Science and the American Association for Advancement of Science. Dr. Obasi joined RMRDC in 1997. |
