Mr. Christopher Eruohwo Okpalefe Director, Administration and Human Resources Department |
Mr. Okpalefe was born on 29th July, 1955 and holds a B. Sc. (Hons.) degree in
Political Science and an M. Phil (Political Science) from the University of Nigeria,
Nsukka and the University of Lagos respectively. A one-time Public Affairs Consultant at the World Meteorological Organisation, Geneva, Mr. Okpalefe is a member of numerous professional bodies including Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, Nigerian Union of Journalists and the Nigerian Political Science Association. He joined the Council in 1988. |
