Mr. Babatunde Allen Aluko
Director, Planning and Information Services Department 		Mr. Aluko was born on 5th February, 1953 and holds a B.Sc. (Food Science & Technology) from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile – Ife, and M.Sc. (Food Quality Control) from the University of Reading, Reading, England.

He is a specialist in Food Processing and Quality Control, Industrial Extension Service and Project Management. A member of the Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology and Nigerian Institute of Management.

Mr. Aluko joined the Council in 1991 after an 11-year stint at the Federal Institute of Industrial Research, Oshodi (FIIRO), Lagos, where he developed the fufu flour process, a technology that has since been commercialized.
