Dr. Ado Khalid Abdullahi
Research Director 		Dr. Abdullahi was born on 22nd May, 1954 and holds a B.Sc. degree in Agriculture (1978) from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics (1985) from the University of Nottingham, Nottingham, United Kingdom.

An experienced researcher and administrator, he was an Agricultural Officer with Hadejia River Basin Development Authority, Kano in 1979. He has served in various capacities, both at national and international levels amongst which are: Guest Researcher to the Scandinavian Institute of African Studies, Uppsala, Sweden; National Coordinator of the Nigerian G-15 Project; and Head of the Delegation to the Biotechnology Conference of the OIC Member Countries in Islamabad, Pakistan.

He is a member of numerous professional bodies including Nigerian Institute of Management, Institute of Management Consultants and Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria.

Dr. Abdullahi joined RMRDC in 1994.
